Start by reaching out through our contact form. From there, we’ll schedule a quick intro call to get to know each other. This is a no pressure call!

During this call, we’ll:

  • Learn about your vision, style, and priorities

  • Talk through your likes and dislikes

  • Walk you through our packages and options

  • Answer any questions you have

This step is all about making sure we’re the perfect fit.

Booking & Creative Planning

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll secure your date with a signed contract and retainer to save your date.

After booking, we’ll have two creative meetings where we:

  • Dive deeper into your vision and preferences

  • Discuss must-have moments and important details

  • Begin shaping a potential timeline based on your day

We will have two meetings in the beginning of the process and a couple months later to ensure that your vision is complete. This is where your wedding starts to come to life creatively.

Wedding Day & Delivery

On your wedding day, we focus on capturing every meaningful moment while keeping things natural and relaxed.

After your wedding:

  • You’ll receive sneak peeks 24-72 hours after your wedding day.

  • Your full gallery and films will be delivered within the promised timeframe

  • Everything will be easily accessible through a digital gallery and USB drive.

From start to finish, our goal is to make this process simple, organized, and unforgettable.

Final Timeline Preparation

About 2-3 months before your wedding, we’ll finalize your official photo + video timeline.

We’ll:

  • Confirm all key moments (getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc.) with your wedding day schedule.

  • Ensure both photo and video coverage are seamless and stress-free

This step ensures your day runs smoothly and nothing is missed.
